Delivery

The delivery times given on our eshop are required on our quotes. Please note that if we specify 7 days it means 7 working days from the moment payment reaches our bank account (within 24 hours). We only deliver throughout the UK to the address specified on your order from our online shop.

All of our blinds are made to measure and we would need time to make them and deliver. The specified delivery terms do not apply during busy times of the year such as, Bank Holidays, Christmas and Easter.

The made to measure blinds are made according to your sizes and therefore cannot be resold and you must agree before buying that the Distance Selling Regulations cannot apply to our sales agreement.

Redelivery charge:

If the courier has tried to deliver your order and has been unable to do so, a card will be left a card or a message on the phone. Arrangements for redelivery will be made. If, the customer has not contacted the courier in order to arrange a convenient time for delivery we will apply a £10.00 redelivery charge. All deliveries must be signed for. If on receipt of your blinds you notice that the box/es is/are damaged, then please draw this with the courier attention and signed DAMAGED. This is very important in assisting us with claims against the courier. Please note we are unable to claim for damaged goods if you ask the carrier to leave your parcel in another location without a signature. If the goods are damaged in this instance then would not be able to remake your blind/s free of charge.

There is no cancellation permitted once you are in receipt of your order. We reserve the right to decline and cancel your order if one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information.
