Pleated blinds were used primarily for conservatories. However with the improvements in production techniques and type of fabric choice, they can be used not only as conservatory blinds, but they can be used a a window tratment in other parts of the home.

A pleated blind will provides a soft shading effect and are available in a wide choice of fabrics. Very light, they are easy to raise & lower. They can provide shade in the roof with side guided wires making them easy to adjust. The blinds are very practical in controlling, temperature, furniture and providing privacy. We offer from our, Terracotta, Sage, Willow, Ivory Lemon Cream in the Crush Perlex Range Altitude Apple Mist, Altitude Apple Mist, Altitude Clover, Antiquity Crystal White, Antiquity Latte and Manhattan SRC Range. In addition we have a number of other fabrics to finish off your windows. All brackets on our pleated blinds are colour coordinated with the head and bottom rails.

Our Blackout Pleated Blinds include Somnio Perlex Ivory, Somnio Perlex Black and Sky Blue. The vast majority of our pleated blinds are solar reflective with the exception of our Mozart, Bach and Vivaldi range. If you need a fire retardant and solar reflective blind then we recommend our Plain Perlex FR Cream, White Grey, Trevira CS Lemon Light or Trevira CS Hazelnut.

Beethovan Blinds are Duette are made from a transparent fabrics.

The Duette Fixé Pleated Blinds

These blinds are constructed with a double walled honeycombe which allows pockets of air giving the blinds its energy saving properties.

They have a potential in reducing heat loss of up to 34% which is useful during the winter months. The Duette Fixé range can also reduce heat gain during the summer months thereby keeping a conservatory cool during the summer months.

If a VS1 blind is selected then the child safety feature is built in.

All these blinds are moisture resistant and can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.

Our blackout fabrics in this range include, Bone Duette, Cerise Duette, Charcoal Duette, Ivory Duette, Lime Duette, Mustard Duette, Royal Duette, Sunshine Duette and White Duette. These blackout pleated blinds don’t have holes which permit the light to come through as many other pleated blinds.

The Duette Fixé Pleated Blinds are an ideal choice for conservatories as they help keep the conservatory cool in summer and warm in the winter.

VS1, VS1-BR and VS3 All these blinds have the push and pull safety features built into them and are ideal for child’s bedroom. The cords are attached to the window sill and the blind is raised and lowered with or without a handle. The blind can be stopped at any position.

F1 Blinds can be made from any fabric offered on the site.
F3 Blinds are can be made with two fabrics - Usually the fabric chosen is Opaque or Transparent for the day fabric and a Dimout or Blackout for their night choice.
